Betsy is a Change Management professional with over 25 years of experience. She leads complex programs with a simple and collaborative approach. Her passion comes to life when helping inspire a community to work in a new way, to learn a new behavior or see a new culture come to life. Betsy skillfully puts herself in the shoes of the people being affected then designs programs to reduce resistance to change and helps clients gain their expected business benefits. Betsy's advice is sought by business leaders looking to transform their operations, processes or technologies.

Graduating from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Management Information Systems and Quantitative Analysis, Betsy spent the early part of her career leading business initiatives in an information technology firm then moved on to management consulting and change management working in many industries. Betsy is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP[TM]) qualified by the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor.

Her commitment to professional development in Change Management aligns with international standards for best practices in Change Management. Sandra has extensive experience supporting projects and in her capacity as Project Control Officer with Bonding Change. Sandra is responsible for project management and administrative support. Before joining Bonding Change, Sandra held an executive assistant role with an Interior Design group where she supported budget management, contract management, invoicing and payments, reporting, project management and marketing.

Sandra also co-managed a real estate development company where she managed budgets, building design, labour management for builders and trades, warranty management coordination with engineers, architects, city planning and permits. Sandra often played the liaison role between project managers, contractor trades, suppliers and clients.

Early in her career she worked as a software solutions analyst providing end user support for corporate applications. In short, Sandra's experience in a wide range of activities helps us "get things done".

Always on the quest for learning, next came Queen's University for an MBA.
