Betsy is a Change Management professional with over 25 years of experience. She leads complex programs with a simple and collaborative approach. Her passion comes to life when helping inspire a community to work in a new way, to learn a new behavior or see a new culture come to life. Betsy skillfully puts herself in the shoes of the people being affected then designs programs to reduce resistance to change and helps clients gain their expected business benefits. Betsy's advice is sought by business leaders looking to transform their operations, processes or technologies.
Graduating from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Management Information Systems and Quantitative Analysis, Betsy spent the early part of her career leading business initiatives in an information technology firm then moved on to management consulting and change management working in many industries. Betsy is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP[TM]) qualified by the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor.
Her commitment to professional development in Change Management aligns with international standards for best practices in Change Management. Sandra has extensive experience supporting projects and in her capacity as Project Control Officer with Bonding Change. Sandra is responsible for project management and administrative support. Before joining Bonding Change, Sandra held an executive assistant role with an Interior Design group where she supported budget management, contract management, invoicing and payments, reporting, project management and marketing.
Sandra also co-managed a real estate development company where she managed budgets, building design, labour management for builders and trades, warranty management coordination with engineers, architects, city planning and permits. Sandra often played the liaison role between project managers, contractor trades, suppliers and clients.
Early in her career she worked as a software solutions analyst providing end user support for corporate applications. In short, Sandra's experience in a wide range of activities helps us "get things done".
Alexandra is actively interested in helping businesses reach their potential by making their transformation efforts stick and deliver the desired outcomes. Alexandra argues that an organization's ability to change requires real attention. It needs to be encouraged by leaders and be managed by experienced change professionals.
Alexandra is a management consultant with diverse experience practicing for over 20 years. The one common thread is helping clients attain outstanding results by asking the right questions, uncovering the real concerns, and implementing the practical solutions that work. Recognizing that a one-size-fits-all approach is not effective, she has provided some of Canada's largest organizations-from financial institutions to government departments-with tailored solutions that provide real value and contribute to their ongoing success.
Her areas of expertise include business change management, performance improvement, and governance and risk management. Contributions to clients range from assessing opportunity, to streamlining performance, to ensuring effective control, to ensuring enduring business change. Alexandra is actively engaged in thought leadership and sharing her experience through writing, speaking, teaching and mentoring. She is a passionate leader with a strong track-record of collaborating with peers to deliver on strategies that result in tangible bottom line results.
Fallon has worked in the retail sectors for more than 20 years and has proven time and again to be an exceptional asset to the organizations she serves.
We are thrilled she has joined the Bonding Change team as Project Control Officer putting into practice her skills to help keep our projects running smoothly.
Andrea has 25 years experience in management and leadership roles ranging from large enterprises to start-ups, and across a broad range of industries including banking, telecommunications, tech, software / software-as-a-service and consumer websites. She is skilled at creating and delivering innovative programs that drive change in the way companies operate in their markets enhancing current business and diving into new business opportunities. Her experience helps clients to create and launch strategic initiatives while garnering cross-organizational support, enthusiasm & synergy. Key areas of expertise include strategic planning, launching new products / services, developing markets, tech, marketing and managing high performing teams.
Andrea graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours degree, with a primary focus on Marketing and International Business. She was fortunate to be selected to spend a semester at Memorial's UK Campus in her last year of Commerce where she was able to further studies in International Business and the European Union. Always on the quest for learning, next came Queen's University for an MBA.
Andrea's passion in business is to unify disparate teams toward a common goal and to manage teams to create a high performance environment. She delivers results through engagement, communications, transparency and respect with a hint of urgency along the way.
